Bang & Olufsen has freshened up the look of its portable Beosound Explore bluetooth speaker with two new colourways.
Built for the great outdoors, the award-winning wireless speaker was launched last year in Black Anthracite, Green, or Grey Mist finishes and now sophisticated Navy Blue and Chestnut editions join the collection. Its touch and robust cylindrical shell exterior is waterproof, scratch-resistant, provides a secure grip, and can neatly be tucked away in a rucksack pocket, for travellers who like their music on the move.
“Bang & Olufsen’s more affordable products have been massively successful for enticing younger customers to buy into the brand. The Danish company also regularly refreshes its existing line-up with attractive new colours,” comments our very own Technology Editor, James Day.
“The Beosound Explore represents remarkably good value for a premium and portable Bluetooth speaker, while its rugged design and all-day battery life make it perfect for picnics, hikes, and camping trips, as we start to dip a tentative toe into spring,” he adds.
The Chestnut (pictured left) and Navy Blue (pictured right) finishes add a stylish look to the portable speaker with its durable, twice-anodised aluminium chassis
Despite its durable outer shell, the speaker is appealingly lightweight at 631 grams for portability, and it with up to 27 hours of playtime (at typical listening volumes) you can enjoy your favourite music wherever you choose.
Bang & Olufsen delivers with its signature sound, with attention placed on outdoor performance and offering 59dB in bass. The speaker’s sleek design features a grill cut in 360-degree lines to offer omnidirectional sound – perfect for gatherings around a campfire or in the garden.
The Beosound Explore is from £169 and available at Bang & Olufsen.
