Tikari Works is an award-winning, multidisciplinary architecture and construction studio established in 2015 by Nicola and Ty Tikari. When taking on new projects, Tikari Works is driven by the desire to seek out design solutions that are pragmatic, sustainable, and soulful. Specialising in residential work ranging from single houses to larger multi-unit developments, Tikari Works comprises a team of designers, makers, architects and developers with in-depth knowledge of cost, construction and sustainability. This informs their holistic approach to design, always yielding the best value for their clients.
Utilising an explorative design process their approach searches for an outcome which is a coherent response to the site, function and client’s aspirations. In 2021, Tikari Works was named Architect of the Year by Architect’s Journal, while other accolades include The Wood Awards Gold Medal and shortlisting for the RIBA House of the Year for the Pocket House project.
