If you haven’t discovered the calming, explorative works of creative studio, Melissa Selmin its about time you did. Featured in the February 2019 issue of enki magazine (Volume 10), Melissa’s hand-painted creations celebrate a ‘minimalist visual language’ and are ideal for layering up on a floating shelf or tabletop. Experimenting with a range of interesting techniques, the artist – based in South Wales – is inspired endlessly by her Chinese-Italian dual heritage.
This month we’ve teamed up with the artist herself to offer one lucky winner the chance to win one of her 21x30cm Faded prints* (worth £30) on our Instagram account (@enkimaguk).

The competition will run from today – Monday 1st April 2019 – until Monday 29th April 2019, 12 o’clock midnight). Entries after 12 o’clock midnight on Monday 29th April 2019 will not be excepted.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

- Answer the questions posed in the Instagram caption correctly in the comments section of the post.
- Tag your friends. Please tag one friend per comment (note: each friend tag counts as an additional entry).
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows: one 21x30cm Faded print by Melissa Selmin worth £30 (unframed).
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter.
The winner will be notified by Instagram DM within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
