When signing up to a Dock Street Creative Productions subscription it is the customer’s responsibility to have read and agreed to the full terms and conditions as detailed below.
GIFT SUBSCRIPTION
By taking out a subscription with Dock Street Creative Productions (publishers of enki magazine) you are entering into a contract and will be bound by our terms and conditions as outlined below.
Once you have submitted your details to us, we will send you through an acknowledgement. This doesn’t necessarily mean we have accepted your order. We officially accept your order when we charge you or dispatch the magazine(s) for your first order.
The Union of London Christmas Gift Subscription and candle offer is UK only. Once you have submitted your details to us, we will send you an email with a unique code so you can order your free candle via the Union of London website. As Union of London’s products are crafted by hand, please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery.
The length of the gift subscription for this offer is fixed at 6 issues. These issues will be Jan/Feb, March/April, May/June, the Summer Special, Sept/Oct, and the Christmas Special (Nov/Dec). You have the right to change your mind up to 28 days after purchase, but after this time the gift subscription cannot be cancelled. If you change your mind you will need to return any magazines and candles undamaged and unused to us for a full refund. The gift subscription will end after 6 issues have been delivered.
Delivery of the gift subscription will start with the current issue (while stocks last). Alternatively, if you would prefer to start the gift subscription with another issue, you can email us a separate request and this will occur if we have confirmed an alternative start date. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY
We will deliver the magazines to the address you supply us with when you place your order. You may change this address by emailing us at subscriptions@enkimagazine.com and we will amend your record and mail to the new address from the next available issue. All recurring subscriptions will start with the next issue to go on sale (not the current issue), please allow up to six weeks for delivery (eight weeks if you are overseas). We will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines. Replacement copies will be delivered on receipt of payment for all costs attributed to the resending of the copy in question.
You have the right to change your mind up to 30 days after purchase. If you change your mind you will need to return any magazines undamaged and unused to us for a full refund. After this time, your subscription will not be refunded but you may terminate rolling payments at any time.
We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you we do not receive correct address details.
In the instance of duplicate subscriptions being set up, please contact subscriptions@enkimagazine.com within four weeks of receipt of your duplicate magazines for a refund. Duplicate copies of the magazine will need to be returned before a refund is given.
We will not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:
• Where we have successfully dispatched the magazine to Royal Mail and they have failed to deliver it or deliver it late.
• Where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us.
• Where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, legislative constraints, strikes, global pandemics, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees.
CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:
Signed up for our 6-month recurring subscription? You can cancel this subscription at any time. This will mean we will cancel the recurring part of the subscription and it will no longer automatically renew. These terms and conditions replace all original terms and conditions. However, we will honour the terms and conditions in place on the date of purchase. If you have any queries please email subscriptions@enkimagazine.com.
SUBSCRIPTION TERM
If the magazine changes frequency per annum, we will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
