Celebrated for their unique and eclectic selection of design-led furniture and home accessories, Rockett St George has recently unveiled their latest Sustainable Furniture Collection made in the UK.
Dedicated to minimising their impact on the environment, Rockett St George has introduced their first Sustainable Furniture range. A selection of pieces that doesn’t cost the earth.
The new range delivers a collection of five stand-out furniture pieces to the table, each crafted with FSC standard wood and sustainable, reclaimed materials. Each design celebrates the possibilities and opportunities available from utilising waste to achieve something beautiful and highly functional that can, most importantly, be used again.
The new Sustainable Furniture range has been created in collaboration with local Sussex-based designer maker, Jani Lemut. “We should not have waste but rather reuse waste into a very positive way for closed-loop living. In my opinion, learning how to use discarded materials and repurpose them is probably the great challenge in life. It’s the way we live that needs to be addressed and the way we deal with materials that needs to be addressed”, explains Jani. The designs – brought to fruition by his team of artisan craftsmen – are created to last, championing sustainability at the heart of everything they do.

Notably, Rockett St George’s Eco Policy was developed in 2019, with “a mission to source sustainable and regenerative products, packaging, materials and shipping methods wherever possible.” And, as part of their sustainable journey, the brand continues to look at new ways to introduce new and innovative products crafted from renewable and sustainable materials within their collections. Rockett St George’s new Sustainable Furniture range is therefore a milestone in this journey, inspired by implementing materials sourced from waste streams.
