Perf House | Andy Martin Architecture

The design and creation of the Perf House project was driven by the clients’ love for light, openess and style from their native Sardinia.

After the removal of all existing internal elements from within the petit 5-storey Georgian terrace house in Pimlico, London, architects ama re-constructed the space with a restrained palette of cool, industrial materials. Think raw concrete, raw steel, refined glass, timber and beautifully detailed plasterwork.

We love the way in which ama brought light into the building’s dark and unwelcoming basement level with the integration of a ground floor made up completely of pavement lights, allowing for natural light to re-connect the first two levels of the structure.
