1. A cushion collaboration threading sustainability through our interiors

Textile recycling start-up FibreLab has joined forces with London-based textile designer Nic Brittin to craft a series of luxury cushions that address sustainability at every stage of the design process.
Within this “exciting fusion of artistry and sustainability,” the collection sees FibreLab’s premium cushion inserts – handmade from 100% recycled threads (which are lined with regenerative wool for a plush, heavy-weight feel) – covered in a European linen patterned with Nic Brittin’s signature block-printing. Designed to become a forever accessory for the home, patterns include Brittin’s classic stripe in three styles; La Paz, Casablanca and Oaxaca, each complemented by an earthy colour palette.
Finishing off the design story, cushions are lovingly sewn by Studio AK Threads and Fabricworks, “a women-lead social enterprise providing employment and training opportunities for women in East London” FibreLab shares.

2. Cycab is the modular storage solution designed to keep kit out of sight

Though originally designed by founder Neil Kenyon to perfectly store a Brompton bike, Cycab has since collaborated with tennis brand Head and Paravel luggage to showcase just how useful its modular storage solutions can be, keeping equipment and bulky items out of sight (and therefore, out of mind).
Cabinets are crafted from materials similar to those commonly found in high-end kitchens, making them moisture-resistant and above all, durable. With each cabinet made to order to mitigate waste, Cycab lets you opt for something completely bespoke and tailored to the needs of your space and equipment.
3. Vincent Sheppard embraces warmth for its latest collection of indoor lighting

Showcasing at Maison & Objet in Paris last month, Vincent Sheppard embrace warming tones and a haze of rattan for its new collection of indoor lighting innovations…
Accompanying Vincent Sheppard’s ceramic Arvin table are the Arvin lamps, which include straight and curved floor lamps, pendants and swivel wall lights designed to instantly “elevate an indoor space.” Ceramic bases and shades are paired with intricately woven rattan accents to create contrast with organic textures that are crying out for a cosy reading nook or soothing dining space to nestle into.
At the helm of these designs is Belgium-based multidisciplinary designer Jessy Van Durme, who specialises in blending history, ethics and creativity within her work.

4. Bedding that supports British farming and textiles as well as good sleep

Harnessing the sustainable powers of wool in its collection of duvets, pillows, mattress toppers and protectors, Floks is the bedding brand that’s supporting British farming and textiles while highlighting the key factors of a good night’s sleep.
Floks bedding is made from responsibly sourced, 100% British Cheviot wool. It’s free from synthetics and harmful chemicals. And, it’s biodegradable and fully recyclable!

Beyond its long list of eco-friendly advantages, the nature of wool also improves sleep quality while the breathable fibres work to regulate body temperature whatever the weather (check out the all season duvet!). So, if your bedding is in need of a refresh, Floks is the go-to that will see you through restful slumber for years to come.

5. ECOALF is the brand taking sustainable wellness to the next level

Looking for more eco-friendly additions to your wellness routine? Let us introduce you to ECOALF. A fashion, sport and wellness brand positioned in the top 5% of B-Corp businesses globally, ECOALF’s skincare line is offering plant-based, waste-free wellness essentials for all skin types.
Products are packaged using a refillable aluminium container system, almost eliminating single-use materials entirely. Although you won’t be refilling often… Taking the deodorant for example, one ECOALF refill of 75g is equivalent to 450ml of roll-on deodorant, estimating around 10 months of use! Within this concoction, addictive scents of Mediterranean citrus and PetitGrain absorb perspiration while “complex biotechnological actives act against odour causing bacteria” say the brand.
