Cub | To host Secret Garden Supper Club series

Good news just in, Cub (the drinks-led dining experience by internationally renowned bartender Ryan Chetiywardana – aka Mr Lyan – and Douglas McMaster of Brighton’s zero-waste restaurant Silo) has announced they’ll be popping up at various neighbourhood and community gardens across the UK capital with a series of Secret Garden Supper Clubs!

Exact locations of each supper club will be revealed to guests the day before, who will then be invited to dine al fresco making the most of 2018’s summer weather. The Cub team are working closely with gardens that have a focus on supporting and giving back to their community, as well as integrating hyperlocal produce grown on site for each menu.

Cub opened its doors in Hoxton, London in September 2017, and blurs the boundaries between food and drink, bringing them uniquely together. The restaurant has a strong focus on sustainability and minimising waste, therefore abundant ingredients that usually might be discarded are showcased beautifully in dishes and drinks for their guests.

Cub’s Secret Garden Supper Clubs will be taking place on the 1st and the 30th July, as well as on the 27th August 2018. Tickets are priced at £60 per person and can be booked here.

Note: Postcodes of the locations will be revealed at the time of booking. Exact location will be revealed the day before via email and on Cub’s social media channels.
